Adult Cooper's Hawk

A female I believe. The females are larger than the males and this looks like a female. An adult one, red/orange eyes. Juveniles have yellow eyes. Been waiting for my hawks to get within range of my camera, although this one was at the end of my fence, as far away from the camera and still in range as you can get. Love these birds. This was taken a few months before the juvenile hawk took the dove in my front yard, maybe it's mother.
