Pissed Off Butterfly

Just released one very pissed off butterfly. #12 was a female and she did not appreciate being kept in the habitat for an extra day. She was not happy about my camera and flash either so no clear photos today. In fact I think she is flipping me off in one of these. Check out that foot on the right. There was finally a break in the rain that looked to last a few hours. She did not allow any photos after release, she stepped up on my finger and once she hit free air, she took off straight up and over the rooftop. Fly high and free little one. She is making a run for the border now.
