Lateral-lined Sharpshooter

Never get tired of finding new insect species. Especially when they are so pretty. This little sharpshooter was on an antelope horn seed pod. Only one characteristic separates it from a very similar species, the red butt at the end of the abdomen. Bless its heart, it posed and proudly displayed that characteristic.
