There were several tiny beetles in a patch of pink primroses that I'd not seen before. They were hard to photograph as they were on the move and hiding. I sent this shot off to the experts and an entomologist identified it as a certain species from the metallic wood-boring beetle family. No common name & no other info to be found when I researched other than it is found in North America. Still, always good to get a new insect species.
