I found out why it is not a good idea to wander around in the dark at my daughter's home. She lives in a densely wooded area. I thought I'd look for toads & moths after dark. Discovered there were tons of large spiders that dropped a line 10 to 20 feet down from tall tree branches and spun invisible webs at my face level. Almost ran into this one. Froze, used flash with my camera and captured the spider but the web remained invisible. Made for a very cool shot without my having darkened the photo, it was pitch black outside.
