Paper Wasps
Enlarge this and look close, you can see tiny eggs and some larvae. Paper wasps are not aggressive and won't sting you unless you disturb them by grabbing them or knocking the nest down. Leave it alone and they just go about their business and help pollinate plants much like butterflies. The aggressive ones are the yellow jackets who nest in the ground, not under roofs.
