American Dewdrop Spider
When I first saw this tiny spider, I thought she had an egg sac. When I finally got an id, she turned out to be 1 of those strangely shaped spiders. And it was not her web. Dewdrop spiders raid other spider's webs, usually orbweavers. They are kleptoparasites which means they live off others by stealing their food rather than eating the other directly.
