My 2nd Neon Skimmer

45 minutes after finding my first one, and in a different area of the lake, I found another one. So bright, I need to being sunglasses with me. Read up on them & it said males can be found perching on twigs along the banks of slow moving water waiting for a female to show up. Exactly where I found both of them.
