Non-biting Aquatic Midge
I almost didn't see this on the side of a brick pillar along the walkway. When I did notice it, I was not sure if it was a bug or a piece of debris, had to look thru the lens to be sure. It has 2 feathery antennae like a moth which you can see if you enlarge this photo. Finally got it identified.
