Common Green Darner's Tattered Wings
For weeks I'd seen these large dragonflies cruising up and down the creek & finally I found one perched. He was probably tired, his wings indicate a long hard life, in dragonfly terms. So happy he was eye level and stayed put for long enough for me to get some shots and admire his beautiful colors.
