I'm Just Trying To Stay Warm

There were a lot of juncos in my yard during Snowmagedden 2021. Normally they are mainly ground feeders but they were flying up to all the feeders and eating everything offered in an attempt to survive the extreme cold. At the time this photo was taken, the temps were in the low teens with 20mph winds pushing the will chill into negative numbers while snow fell. This tiny fluff ball huddled behind a brick that shielded him from some of the wind.
