Cooperative Juvenile Red-Winged Blackbird
You can tell a juvenile male red-winged blackbird by the back and wing feathers that are outlined in an orange brown. Mature males are solid black. Also the juvenile has orange shoulder epaulets with a little red (red is hidden here) and the mature males have lots of bright red with yellow.
