Zara Says It's Face Shot Friday!
Zara is a juvenile bald eagle residing at Rogers Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. Kathy told me that the Game Warden brought her from the Corsicana area with a broken wing that had already healed improperly. She is not releasable, and could not survive in the wild. She has a lot of personality as you can see here. I forget how huge eagles are, it was thrilling to be right there with her.
