Summer Wood Duck

So many wood ducks at the lake right now but most folks don't realize they are there. They look different in the summer. This handsome male was standing in shallow lake water right where the vegetation reflection blended into the sky reflection. His eyes & colorful bill give him away. Eclipse plumage can be beautiful too.
