The feathers look dry so I must have lucked out right after hatching and right prior to leaving the nest forever. These two were snuggled up together. This is day 35 with the day I saw one egg being day 1. I think the reason it went so far past 28 days to hatching is that the parent does not start incubating until the last egg is laid. That way they all develop at the same rate.
