Neighborhood Cat

I looked out my window & saw a neighborhood cat I'd never seen before. It was by my neighbor's house looking at my bird feeder. Beautiful cat. Well-groomed long fur so I know it belongs to someone. The birds spotted it & took off so I didn't interfere & took a couple of photos.
