Too Busy Chewing

This rabbit was too busy eating to notice the fact that it was under a Cooper's hawk nest. Both an adult and newly branched baby were near and/or above the rabbit. Apparently the hawks were not hungry because they watched the rabbit but stayed relaxed and didn't go for it. Very lucky bunny.
