Brother

This is Brother. He resides at Rogers Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. I asked Kathy how he came to be there and she said: "He and 7 of his brothers were rescues over a 5 year period. After all the goats, sheep, emus, and llamas left I kept him because he was Riley's bud. His name is Brother cuz he's the brother of the brother of our original one." Riley is an emu. The two are inseparable. When Brother meets someone new, he likes to get right up in their face and smell their breath. If he approves, he allows petting. Kathy says: "He's such a good boy, he never spits, except when he's getting sheared."
