Yellow-bellied Slider Checking Me Out

This is not a native species of turtle for Texas. They are all over DFW because people release their pets into the wild. They are starting to interbreed with the native red-eared sliders which leads to some strange markings on some turtles. This one seemed fully yellow-bellied.
