This Does Not Look Normal

Went to the lake this morning and found this turtle first place I stopped. It is a box turtle but was submerged in the water in a little cove. I carefully lifted it out to get a shot or two. Set it on a big dry stump & realized it didn't look right. All the skin front and back was very swollen & bloated. I thought it was dead at first but then it moved.
