Skink On A Log

A friend & I were exploring a dark woody area of a nature preserve & spotted a skink on a large rotten log. It was really dark but I was able to get a few shots & this one turned out well enough to get the id confirmed. A beautiful broadhead skink. It didn't stick around very long but glad to have seen it.
