I checked my nocturnal yard cam & found this funny scene from last night. A raccoon was waddling thru my yard when something spooked it. It took off running past a possum that was at my small fountain getting a drink. The possum is startled but before it can react, a 2nd raccoon comes running thru the yard in the same direction as the first. The possum freezes a moment then I guess it decided it might be a good idea to also run. However, the possum runs in the opposite direction which would not be a good decision if indeed the two coons were running from a threat. I never even saw the possum until the 2nd time I watched the video but it was there the whole time. Bit of funny night time drama in my yard.
