Two Nutria
This was my first time to see nutria. I'd heard they were in Sunset Bay and had been looking for them for 3 years, 2016 was my year finally. I saw two of them. They were smaller than I expected so they may be siblings, juveniles. I heard the parents had a litter of 7 this year. These two were feeding on the lush vegetation at the lakes edge. Nutria are very similar to beavers but their tail is round, not flat.
